Our Pastor

Pastor Josh and his wife, Anna, joined our church family in November 2025, bringing with them a rich history of ministry and a heart for service. The couple met while attending Bible college in California—as they embarked on a years-long journey across the country.

Their path included four years in Colorado and twelve years in Texas. In Colorado, Josh served as an associate pastor and school administrator, while Anna taught elementary school. During their time in the Lone Star State, Josh pastored in Austin, helped plant a church in Houston, and worked as a school administrator in New Braunfels. Anna loves her time homeschooling.

Previously a carpenter and home renovator, Josh continues to exercise his creativity through his woodworking. He creates unique wood art and laser-engraved pieces in his workshop, which can be viewed at provisionwood.com.

For Anna, one of eight children, moving to Michigan is a joyful homecoming to Greenville, where her family still calls home. Together with their five children—Ethan, Carter, Daniel, JJ, and Chloe—they have faithfully followed God’s guidance from the California coast to the Gulf Coast and now to the Third Coast. We are thrilled to have the entire family with us as they begin this new chapter at Maranatha Baptist Church in Cedar Springs, Michigan.
